We treat your personal data in a way described in this privacy policy when you use our products, that is when you:
1. use our Sokolnik product;
2. visit our websites or social media pages;
3. contact us;
4. use any other services or applications we offer;
5. take part in events we organize.

By "we" in this policy, we mean AERODROM TECH SOLUTIONS sp. z o.o.. we We are the company behind the Sokolnik product. our main office is in Zygmunta Augusta 5/2, 31-504 Kraków, Poland. Personal Data we process
When any of those described above happen and you give us your personal data, we become controllers (or joint controllers) of it. This means that:
1. we decide (mostly by ourselves, rarely jointly with others) how and what we'll use your data for and who we'll share your data with;
2. we are responsible for compliance with any data protection requirements;
3. we are responsible for its security;
4. we are obliged to explain to you what is going on with your data. we let you use your rights.
Types of Data Collected from you
While using our products, we may ask you to provide us with certain data such us:
Email address
First name and last name
Types of Data Collected automatically while using the product
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the product. Usage Data includes information such as IP address of your device, mobile device type, mobile operating system, browser type, browser version, the pages of our product that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our website or access the product by or through a mobile device.
In order to provide some features of our products we may collect your location data, but strictly with your prior consent. You can enable or disable access to this information at any time, through your device settings.
Purposes and legal bases for data processing
We use your Personal Data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain our products, including to monitor the usage of our Service.
To manage your account (unique account created for you to access our service or parts of our service): to manage your registration as a user of the product. The Personal Data you - provide can give you access to different functionalities of the product that is available to you as a registered user.
For the performance of a possible contract between you and us, including: purchase contract for the products, items or services.
To manage your requests to us.
When you accept the terms and conditions of a product you are interested in or enter into a different contract with us, we process your data to execute this contract. Fo the purposes listed above, we act based on Art.6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
To contact you: to contact you by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
To provide you with news, special offers and general information about other products or events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information.
For business transfers: we may use your Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by us - about our users is among the assets transferred.
For corporate reasons: we may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.
We keep working to provide you with the best service possible. This means not only improving our products, but also offering additional products, organizing engaging marketing campaigns, analyzing the usage of our products, ect. We also look after the interests of our current or possible investors, business partners. For the purposes listed above, we act based on Art.6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
We may also need to process your data when it's required by law, e.g. responding to law enforcement, public or court aothorities’ requests. In such cases we act based on Art.6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
We may also use your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our, products, services, marketing and your experience. In such cases, just-in-time notices will be displayed for you to explain the usage of your personal data for such purposes. Additionally, we will ask for your consent in some of those cases before doing so (on the basis of Art.6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
Generally, we are not profiling you by drawing conslusions on the basis of your personal data, e.g. concerning your current of future preferences or interests. We don't use algorithms to make automated decisions which could impact your legal situation. At the same time, we may use profiling in some cases, e.g. in the case of customization of targeting of our markeing communication, offers and ads. This means that we can use the data we had collected before, to adjust the messages we send to your interests.
Retention of your Personal Data
We will retain your Personal Data for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Additionally, we - will retain and use some of your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our products, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods. Usage data is data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the product or from the product infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
Transfer of your Personal Data
Your personal data is generally processed in the EEA (Poland, in particular). But it may be also processed beyond the EEA. Privacy and data protection laws in these countries may not offer a similar level of protection as in your country or in the EEA. In such cases we ensure the adequate level of protection of your personal data and base our activity on the lawful data transfer measures, such as EU standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.

You have control over your data. Below we list your rights and situations when you can exercise them. You can do it on your own, using the features available within our products or by contacting us directly.
To access the data: you can exercise this right in any situation.
To rectify the data: you can ask for it if the data is incorrect or incomplete.
To delete the data: you can ask for it if
we no longer need the data in question to achieve the initial purpose;
if you withdraw your consent based on which we processed your data;
if you object to our processing of your data;
if we processed your data unlawfully;
if we should delete your data because of the legal requirement.
To restrict the processing: you can ask for it if
the data is incorrect, for the period while we're checking it;
if the data was processed unlawfully but you don't want it to be deleted;
if we no longer need your data, but you may need it for court-related purposes;
if you object to our processing of your data, until it's determined who is right in this scenario.
To transfer the data: you can ask for it if the processing is based on consent or a contract between you and us.
To object: you can ask for it if we process your data based on our legitimate interest and the objection is justified by your own, special circumstances.
To complain: you can exercise this right in any time, by lodging a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO) or with a local personal data protection authority in your country.
Security of your Personal Data
The security of your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Our products are not for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact us ASAP. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that data from our products.

Our product may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.

We may occasionally update our Privacy Policy posted here. We will make the updated version available within the product itself (if possible) and notify you by sending an email. We will also update the revision date. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when posted on our website.
